First Course – Starter Plate for Each Couple
Fried Egg Yolk and Porcine Fondue, Roasted Pear with Gorgonzola Honey, Stuffed Baby Bell Peppers with Cream Cheese, Bacon, Walnuts, and Green Onions
Second Course – Soup
Fire Roasted Pepper and Tomato Soup topped with Homemade Croutons and a Drizzle of Olive Oil
Third Course – Salad
Cucumber and Strawberry Salad dressed with a Balsamic Glaze
Fourth Course – Choice of Main Course
Braised Short Ribs served with a Fresh Herb Polenta and Parmesan Crusted Brussel Sprouts

Chicken Cordon Bleu with a Dijon Sauce served with Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Squash Spears
